摘要
设计一种小型化折叠型超高频射频识别标签天线.天线由开槽的辐射贴片、 4个感性短接面和两片金属接地板组成.通过改变短接面尺寸及右侧短接面与接地面的距离,可以有效地调谐标签天线的谐振频率及其阻抗,总尺寸(L×W×h)为40 mm×40 mm×1.5 mm.实验结果表明:标签天线阻抗匹配良好,|S_(11)|<﹣10dB带宽为880~930 MHz.将标签天线放置于200 mm×200 mm的金属板上,4 W有效全向辐射功率条件下的最大实测阅读距离可达到11.2 m.该标签天线通过适当的开槽实现小型化,同时具有抗金属、识别距离远等优点,可较好地应用于工业物联网相关测量领域中.
A compact folded ultra-high frequency radio frequency identification(RFID)tag antenna is proposed.The antenna is composed of a slotted radiation patch,four inductive shorting surfaces and two metal grounding plates.By adjusting the size of the short-circuit surfaces and the distance between the right short-circuit surfaces and the grounds,the resonant frequency and impedance of the proposed tag antenna can be effectively tuned,it has a dimension(L×W×h)of 40 mm×40 mm×1.5 mm.The experimental results show that the impedance matching of the tag antenna is good.The bandwidth of S 11<-10 dB is 880 to 930 MHz.The tag antenna has a maximum measured read distance of 11.2 m with a power of 4 W effective isotropic radiated power(EIRP)when placed on a 200 mm×200 mm metal plate.The proposed tag antenna is miniaturized by properly slotting,at the same time,it has some advantages of anti-metal properties,a long read distance,and can be better applied to the measurement field of industrial internet of things.
