摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术探究中药治疗产后中风的组方规律。方法:以“产后中风”“方药”“方剂”等作为关键词,检索近二十年来在中国知网数据库、万方数据、维普中文科技期刊数据库发表的相关文献,获取与中医药治疗产后中风相关的临床研究文献;运用Excel 2019、SPSS Modeler 18.0等软件对治疗产后中风方剂中的药物频次、四气、五味、归经、药物组合及关联规则进行统计分析,并构建扇形图、关联规则展示图等。结果:总共得到符合纳入标准的中医方剂175首,包含中药239味,其中有22味中药的使用频次≥19次;药性以温为主;药味排在前3位的是甘、苦、辛;归经大多归脾、心、肺、肝、胃经。当支持度最小为20%时,置信度最小为80%时,共得到3种不同的药物组合。结论:治疗此病可以以补血益气和祛风化湿为核心,多用补气药、补血药,临床应用上常配伍活血止痛药、解表药,要调畅气机、舒缓心情,从而减少产后中风的发生。
Objective:To explore prescription laws of treating postpartum stroke with TCM medicine based on data mining.Methods:With the keywords of postpartum stroke,prescription,etc.,the relevant literature published in the CNKI database,Wanfang data,and VIP Chinese science and technology journal database in the past 20 years was searched to obtain the clinical research papers related to the treatment of postpartum stroke in TCM.Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and other software were used to conduct a statistical analysis on the drug frequency,four Qi(气),five flavor,meridian tropism,drug combination and association rules in the prescription for treating postpartum stroke,and construct sector diagram,association rule display diagram,etc..Results:A total of 175 TCM prescriptions met the inclusion criteria,including 239 TCM medicines,of which 22 were used 19 times,the medicinal flavor was mainly warm,the top three were sweet,bitter and spicy.Most belonged to the spleen,heart,lung,liver and stomach meridians.When the minimum support percentage is 20 and the confidence percentage is as low as 80,3 different drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion:In the treatment of postpartum stroke,Qi tonifying and blood tonifying drugs were commonly used.In clinical application,blood activating and pain-relieving drugs were often used supplementarily.
