摘要
目的分析一体化急救护理模式在重症肺炎合并心力衰竭中的作用,探讨其对患者心肺功能的影响。方法纳入的90例确诊患者均于2019年10月至2021年10月就诊,按照患者姓氏首字母次序均分,对照组(n=45)患者仅行常规护理,观察组(n=45)患者予以一体化急救护理模式,对比急救效果、心功能和肺功能。结果与对照组比较,观察组急救反应时间、急救科救治时间和住院时间更短,各项指标组间对比有差异(P<0.05);比较患者干预前心功能和肺功能,无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组干预后左室射血分数、心排血指数、每搏输出量、心排血量、用力肺活量,第一秒用力呼气容积和最大呼气流速更高,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论一体化急救护理模式可提高重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者急救效果,对患者心功能和肺功能均有改善作用,可推广。
Objective To investigate the role of integrated emergency nursing in severe pneumonia with heart failure and its impact on the cardiopulmonary function of patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with a confirmed diagnosis who atended the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were enolled and divided into contol group and observation group according to the first letter of the patient's surmame,with 45 patients:in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing alone,and those in the observation group were given integrated emergency nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of the effect of emergency treatment,cardiac function,and pulmonary function.Results Compared with the control goup,the obsevation group had significantly shorter emergency response time,rescue time in emergency department,and length of hospital stay,and there were sigificant diference in related indicators between the groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in cardiac function and pulmonary function between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output index,stroke volume,cardiac output,forced vital capacity,forced expinatory volume in the first scond,and maximum expiratory flow rate(P<0.05)..Conclusion The integrated emergency mursing mode can improve the emergency effect of patients with severe pneumonia and heart failure,and improve the candiac and pulmonary functione of patients,which can be popularized.
