摘要
基础设施是经济社会发展的重要支撑,一个国家或地区经济增长的关键要素。共建“一带一路”实施以来,以互联互通为基本导向的基础设施建设完美契合边疆地区的区位优势,提高边疆地区的对外开放水平,使得边疆地区联通内外的枢纽优势得到进一步强化,为边疆地区高质量发展夯实了基础。随着小康社会的全面建成,中国开始步入社会主义现代化的新征程。为确保边疆地区在社会主义现代化道路上不落伍、不掉队,共建“一带一路”下边疆地区基础设施建设应以优化基础设施布局、加大新型基础设施建设力度,促进产业升级基础和国家安全基础设施建设等为重要举措构建现代化的基础设施体系,进而赋能边疆高质量发展。
Infrastructure is an important support for economic and social development and a key factor for economic growth of a country or region.Since the implementation of the “Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI),the infrastructure construction with the basic orientation of interconnection perfectly fits the location advantage of the frontiers,improves the level of opening up,and further strengthens the hub of connecting the internals and externals,laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the frontiers.With the comprehensive construction of a well-off society,China has entered into a new journey of socialist modernization.To ensure that the frontiers will not fall behind in the socialist modernization,their infrastructure construction under BRI should be based on optimizing the infrastructure layout,increasing the construction of new infrastructure,promoting the industrial upgrading foundation and national security infrastructure construction and other important measures to build a modern infrastructure system to empower the frontiers with high-quality development.
