摘要
为促进传统技艺传承,亟待建立传统技艺工匠园区。在功能定位上,工匠园区是产业园区、创新园区和人才育训园区三位一体的范围概念,通过促进传统技艺市场化获得规模经济、与现代产业融合创新建立传统技艺可持续发展的竞争力、促进人力资本集聚以育训优秀传统技艺人才。工匠园区的运行机制包括延展传统技艺产业生态链、建构配套人才链两方面,其中职业院校要参与搭建人才育训平台和政校研技术服务平台。建立工匠园区的关键要素在于选定社会收益最大化的建设模式和制定全产业链人才育训的运行机制。
To promote the inheritance of traditional craftsmanship,it is urgent to establish industrial parks.In terms of function orientation,the industrial park is a concept of integrating industrial parks,innovation parks,and talent training parks.It will promote the market-oriented scale economy of traditional craftsmanship,integrate and innovate with modern industries to establish competitive sustainable development of traditional craftsmanship,and promote the aggregation of human capital to cultivate and train outstanding traditional craftsmanship talents.Its operational mechanism includes extending the ecological chain of traditional craftsmanship industry and constructing a supporting talent chain.In the process,vocational colleges should participate in building talent training platforms and government-school-research technology service platforms.The key elements of its establishment refer to selecting the construction mode with the maximum social benefits and formulating the operational mechanism of talent training throughout the entire industry chain.
