摘要
文章从文化价值和经济价值两方面诠释了技能型社会下传统技艺传承的价值意蕴,分析了传统技艺传承中需求侧及供给侧面临的困境,指出封闭性传习模式限制了传统技艺发展的市场空间、守旧的机制束缚了传统技艺传承人的培养。借鉴苏绣技艺传承在传衍机制、保护机制、研习机制及集成推广机制方面的实践经验,构建了传统技艺传承的优化路径,具体包括促进传统技艺产业化发展、建立立体化传统技艺传承制度、推进传统技艺向现代化转型。
This study explains the value and significance of inheriting traditional skills in the skill-based society from both cultural and economic perspectives.It analyzes the challenges faced by the demand and supply sides in the inheritance of traditional skills.In specific,closed teaching methods limit the market space for traditional skills development,and conservative mechanisms restrict the training of traditional skills inheritors.Drawing on the practical experience of Suzhou embroidery in terms of inheritance mechanisms,protection mechanisms,learning mechanisms,and integration promotion mechanisms,the research constructs an optimal path for the inheritance of traditional skills.Ways include that promoting the industrialization of traditional skills,establishing a multi-dimensional system for inheritance,and facilitating transformation towards modernization.
