摘要
该文设计了通过非共价作用调控蛋白质结晶的综合实验。实验以离子液体为添加剂,通过晶体形貌、结晶动力学等表征蛋白质的结晶过程,并在此基础上,通过Zeta电势等探究离子液体与蛋白质之间的非共价相互作用,揭示其调控结晶作用机制。该实验能够帮助学生更好地了解蛋白质的结晶过程,探究离子液体与蛋白质的作用过程,掌握非共价相互作用相关理论,在提高动手能力的同时,激发学习热情与创新思维。
In this paper,a comprehensive experiment was designed to regulate protein crystallization through non-covalent interaction.Using ionic liquids as additives,protein crystallization was characterized by crystal morphology and crystallization kinetics.In addition,the non-covalent interaction between ionic liquids and protein was explored by Zeta potential,and the mechanism of crystallization regulation was revealed.This experiment can help students better understand the crystallization process of protein,explore the interaction between ionic liquid and protein,master the theory of non-covalent interaction,and stimulate learning enthusiasm and innovative thinking while improving manual dexterity.
