摘要
目前,建筑业已经从最初追求高速增长逐渐转向为追求高质量发展。在这样的发展背景下,房屋土建工程类的施工建设活动应该坚持按照高质量发展理念,重点针对施工建造内容以及质量管理问题进行统筹部署,巩固提升工程建设水平。针对于此,本文主要立足于高质量管理背景,对新时期房屋土建工程质量管理重点以及质量创优目标实现策略进行阐明概述,以期可以给相关人员提供借鉴价值。
At present,the construction industry has gradually shifted from the initial pursuit of high-speed growth to the pursuit of high-quality development.Under such a development background,the construction activities of housing civil engineering should adhere to the concept of high-quality development,focus on the overall planning and deployment of construction content and quality management issues,and consolidate and improve the level of engineering construction.In view of this,based on the background of high quality management,this paper expounds the key points of quality management of housing civil engineering in the new period and the implementation strategy of quality excellence goal,in order to provide reference value for relevant personnel.
