摘要 针对传统提升机电控系统控制精度及效率低下、安全可靠性差等问题,本文提出了一种基于PLC、高压变频器及上位机监控平台组成的提升机电控系统智能化设计方案,通过高压变频器对原调速系统进行改造实现电动机平滑调速,上位机监控平台在与PLC结合实现变频调速控制外,还具备提升机工况实时监测功能,有效提高提升机电控系统智能化程度。 Aiming at the problems of low control accuracy and efficiency,poor safety and reliability of traditional hoist electric control system,this paper proposes an intelligent design scheme of hoist electric control system based on PLC,high-voltage inverter and host computer monitoring platform.The original speed regulation system is modified by high-voltage inverter to achieve smooth speed regulation of motor.The host computer monitoring platform is combined with PLC to achieve frequency conversion speed regulation control,It also has the real-time monitoring function for the working condition of the hoist,which effectively improves the intelligent degree of the electric control system of the hoist.
