摘要
伴随经济的快速发展,社会进步拉动着建筑行业进入质量要求更高的时代。而装配式住宅建筑在环保、绿色、节能等方面已经成为住宅工程的全新代表。本文对装配式住宅外墙保温节能施工技术进行研究讨论,以及施工过程中的质量监督,并结合实例分析其在建筑施工中的具体应用,为相关类型住宅工程提供一定思路。
With the rapid development of economy and social progress,the construction industry has entered an era of higher quality requirements.The prefabricated residential building in environmental protection,green,energy saving and other aspects has become a new representative of residential engineering.In this paper,the prefabricated residential wall insulation and energy saving construction technology is studied and discussed,as well as the quality supervision in the construction process,and combined with examples to analyze its specific application in construction,to provide some ideas for related types of residential projects.
