P2z/P2x7受体检测的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 P2z/P2x7嘌呤能受体是P2受体的一个亚型 ,存在于多种细胞膜上 ,有其特异的激动剂和拮抗剂。P2z/P2x7受体功能独特 ,如参与炎症和免疫反应 ,介导细胞死亡等。检测P2z/P2x7受体的方法很多 ,包括荧光染料法、分子生物学方法及免疫学方法等。其分析方法与原理各不相同 ,特点各异。本文将对检测P2z/P2x7受体的方法及其研究进展予以综述。
