深埋特长隧洞TBM施工超前地质预报关键技术研究 被引量:8

Research on Key Technologies of Advanced Geological Prediction in TBM Construction of Deep-buried Long Tunnel

摘要 为攻克滇中引水工程施工建设中涉及的环境、工程、水文地质等难题,降低施工安全风险,确保工程建设顺利实施,通过TBM搭载式SAP超前探测、TBM搭载式TIP超前探测、超前钻探探测等方法,结合地质勘察资料,有效解决香炉山隧洞TBM工况下地质条件复杂、施工干扰多、复杂电磁干扰等技术应用问题。研究表明,TBM搭载式SAP超前探测方法对于隧道内节理、裂隙、断层破碎带等异常体有较好的探测效果;TBM搭载式TIP超前探测方法采用多同性源阵列型新观测模式,提高了抗旁侧干扰能力与超前探测能力。研究结果表明,对比已有的超前预报手段,TBM搭载式SAP法、TBM搭载式TIP法和超前钻探法相结合的方式,可避免因使用单一预报方法而出现的探不准等问题。 In order to overcome the environmental,engineering,hydrogeological and other difficulties involved in the construction of the water diversion project in central Yunnan Province,reduce the construction safety risks,and ensure the smooth implementation of the project construction,TBM carried SAP advanced detection,TBM carried TIP advanced detection,advanced drilling detection and other methods,combined with geological survey data,Effectively solve the complex geological conditions,construction interference,complex electromagnetic interference and other technical application problems under the TBM working condition of Xianglushan tunnel.The results show that the TBM-mounted SAP advanced detection method has a good detection effect on abnormal bodies such as joints,cracks and fault fracture zones in tunnels.TBM TIP advanced detection method adopts a new observation mode of multi-source array,which improves the capability of side interference resistance and advanced detection.The results show that,compared with the existing advanced forecasting methods,the combination of TBM-mounted SAP method,TBM-mounted TIP method and advanced drilling method can avoid the problem of uncertainty caused by using a single forecasting method.
