京尼平与甲胺交联呈色反应的影响因素研究

摘要 为探究京尼平与甲胺发生交联呈色反应的影响因素,采用UPLC-PDA法分析反应液中京尼平的浓度变化,采用UV-vis法检测反应液在550~600 nm范围内的吸光度变化,采用pH计监测反应液pH变化,系统研究了不同比例反应物、反应物的不同溶解体系和反应体系、不同反应时间、不同pH的非缓冲液或缓冲液对京尼平与甲胺交联呈色反应的影响。结果显示,提高反应体系中甲胺盐酸盐的比例、以缓冲液溶解反应物并作为反应体系、提高反应体系的pH、延长反应时间有助于交联呈色反应的发生及产物的生成。综上,反应物的比例、反应物溶解体系和反应体系、反应体系pH和反应时间是影响京尼平与甲胺交联呈色反应的重要因素。 In order to investigate influencing factors of cross-linking coloring reaction between genipin and methylamine,UPLC-PDA was used to analyze the change in concentration of genipin in reaction solution,UVvis spectrometer was used to detect the change in absorbance of reaction solution ranging from 550 to 600 nm,and pH meter was used to monitor pH change of reaction solution.A systematical study of effects was performed on the cross-linking coloring reaction between genipin and methylamine from the different ratios of reactants,dissolution and reaction systems of reactants,reaction time,pH of non-buffer or buffer solution.The results showed that crosslinking coloring reaction was accelerated by the increased proportion of methylamine hydrochloride,buffer solution as the reaction system,higher pH of reaction system,and longer reaction time.In conclusion,the ratio of reactants,dissolution and reaction system of reactants,pH of the reaction system,and reaction time are the important factors for cross-linking coloring reaction of genipin and methylamine.
