摘要
油位作为电力变压器故障监测的重要参数之一,及时发现其异常可有效降低变压器因油故障发生率。针对目前变压器油位监测装置测量精度低、抗干扰能力弱、不易安装等问题,提出一种基于超声波的变压器储油柜油位非接触式在线监测方法。在超声回波测距技术的基础上,设计开发了油位在线监测装置,并搭建油位监测实验平台,通过实验验证了该监测方法的可行性和有效性。通过该在线监测装置可以实现对变压器储油柜油位的精准监测及异常预警,具有较好的工程应用前景。
Oil level is one of the important parameters for power transformer fault detecting,timely finding its abnormality can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of transformer oil fault.Aiming at the problems of low measurement accuracy,weak anti-interference ability and difficult installation of transformer oil level monitoring device,a non-contact on-line monitoring method of oil level of transformer oil conservator based on ultrasonic is proposed.On the basis of the ultrasonic echo ranging technology,an on-line oil level monitoring device is designed and developed,and an oil level monitoring experiment platform is built.The feasibility and effectiveness of the monitoring method are verified by experiments.The online monitoring device can realize accurate monitoring and abnormal early warning of the oil level of the transformer oil conservator,which has a good engineering application value.
