摘要
濒危物种眼斑水龟Sacalia bealei是中国特有种,受过度捕猎、宠物贸易等因素影响,种群数量急剧下降。本研究采用扫描取样法和全事件取样法对人工饲养环境下眼斑水龟的活动进行观测与分析,记录了眼斑水龟在2种环境中的14种姿势和73种动作,采用PAE编码系统对记录到的姿势、动作和环境进行编码,最终为眼斑水龟建立了包括运动、休息、摄食、排遗、警戒、冲突、求偶交配、产卵和其他在内的9大类共66种行为的行为谱,并使用中性化的语言对观察到的行为进行了描述和定义,其中求偶交配行为10种,产卵行为分为4个过程。研究结果将有助于深入理解眼斑水龟生态功能和行为与环境之间的相互关系,为眼斑水龟人工保育提供科学依据。
The endangered turtle species Sacalia bealei is endemic to China.The population of S.bealei has suffered a sharp decline due to the overhunting,pet trade and other factors.A total of 14 kinds of postures,and 73 acts in 2 kinds of environments(land and water)were recorded and distinguished to build ethogram and posture-act-environment(PAE)coding system.Sixty-six behaviors belonging to 9 categories were recorded by the PAE coding system and then described by neutral language.Courtships of S.bealei included ten behaviors and the oviposition was divided into 4 processes.This study contributes to deeply understanding the relationships between ecological function,behavior and environments,and provides a scientific basis for the artificial conservation of the turtle.
