摘要
某车型汽车后门外板在电泳前发现基板表面有密集的团状斑点缺陷,影响产品外观。采用扫描电镜和能谱仪对缺陷形貌特征和元素成分进行了分析,确定该缺陷是冲压模具表面不洁所致,并在生产环节中得到验证。提出了相应的改进措施,如保持冲压模具间隙调校、定期清洁和光洁度确认,使团斑缺陷得到有效控制。
Some visible clump spots were found on the outer plate of automotive rear door made of hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheet before electrocoating process,which affected the appearance quality of the automobile.The surface morphology and elemental composition of the defective area were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The contamination on the surface of stamping die was regarded as the main cause of this defect,which was further verified in the production process.Some countermeasures were proposed such as routine spacing regulation,regular cleaning,and smoothness confirmation.The problem was then solved.
