摘要
数字经济正逐渐成为我国区域高质量发展的主要动力之一。研究通过构建2011年—2019年我国30个省市(除西藏、港澳台外)面板计量模型,运用面板回归与中介效应回归,探究我国数字经济对区域高质量发展的影响及作用机制。我国区域高质量发展处于稳步提升状态,相比于技术效率,技术进步能够更好推动区域高质量发展。基准回归中,数字经济显著促进了区域高质量发展,数字经济每提升1%,区域高质量发展水平提升0.811 1%,且东部地区数字经济的促进作用高于中西部地区;中介效应中,数字经济能够通过产业结构高级化与产业结构合理化双渠道推动区域高质量发展。基于此,各地区应继续大力发展数字经济,加强技术效率的改善,推动产业结构升级,实现区域之间均衡发展。
Digital economy has gradually become one of the main driving forces for high-quality regional development in China.By constructing a panel econometric model of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper uses benchmark regression and intermediary effect regression to study the impact of China's digital economy on regional high-quality development and its mechanism.The results show that China's regional high-quality development(GTFP) is in a steady state of improvement,and compared with technical efficiency(EC),technical progress(TC) can better achieve regional high-quality development.In the benchmark regression,the digital economy has significantly promoted the high-quality development of the region.Each 1% increase in the digital economy will increase the high-quality development level of the region by 0.8111%.In the regional heterogeneity,the promotion role of the digital economy in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions.In the intermediary effect,the digital economy can promote the high-quality development of the region through both the upgrading and rationalization of the industrial structure.Based on this,all regions should continue to vigorously develop the digital economy,strengthen the improvement of technical efficiency,promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and achieve balanced development among regions.
