摘要
空调行业用黄铜接头通常采用火焰钎焊或高频感应钎焊,在焊接完成后常常会在母材出现明显的外观发黑缺陷。通过EDS,XRD,ICP,G-CMAS,金相分析等多种手段进行分析,结果表明发黑物质为未完全燃烧的炭黑以及脱锌产生的氧化铜、氧化锌。可从生产工艺上优化以解决黄铜接头焊接后发黑问题。
Brass joints used in the air conditioning industry are usually flame or hi-frequency induction brazed,and after welding,obvious blackening defects often occur in the base metal.EDS,XRD,ICP,G-CMAS,metallographic analysis and other means were used to analyze the black substances.The results show that the black substances are incompletely burned carbon black and dezincified copper oxide and zinc oxide.Production process can be optimized to solve the blackening problem after brass joint welding.
