摘要
代谢性炎症是一种慢性低度炎性状态,常由代谢功能异常、免疫系统紊乱及组织内代谢产物异常蓄积引发,参与包括肥胖症、2型糖尿病、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化在内多种疾病的病理生理过程。研究表明代谢性炎症是心血管事件发生的高危风险因素之一,可能与冠状动脉微血管疾病的发生和发展有关。本文对代谢性炎症相关基因与冠状动脉微血管疾病患病关系做一综述,旨在为冠状动脉微血管疾病的早期筛查及预防提供新方向。
Metabolic inflammation is a chronic low-grade inflammatory state,often caused by abnormal metabolic function,immune system disorders and abnormal accumulation of metabolites in tissues.It is involved in the pathophysiological processes of many diseases,including obesity,type 2 diabetes,hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis.The studies have shown that metabolic inflammation is one of the high risk factors for cardiovascular events and may be related to the occurrence and development of coronary microvascular disease.This article reviews the relationship between the genes related to metabolic inflammation and coronary microvascular disease to provide a new direction for the early screening and prevention of coronary microvascular disease.
