摘要
【目的】为了解决传统水果糖度检测装置体积庞大、造价昂贵、不易推广、检测过程中需要破坏样品等问题。【方法】课题组设计了一款基于安卓手机进行苹果无损糖度检测并结合柔性分拣技术进行苹果多级分拣的系统,分析了该系统的创新点及软硬件设计,并选取80个无外部机械损伤和缺陷的红富士苹果进行了系统调试与试验,通过手机对每个苹果拍摄4次照片,在手机App中将光谱信息转化为数字信号,再进行模型分析和处理,最终将测量糖度数值显示在手机App上。【结果】经过多次测量,该系统检测误差为0.64%~8.37%,精度较高,能够较好地与模型拟合。【结论】(1)该系统能够很好地实现苹果糖度无损检测,并且通过糖度和大小两项指标对苹果进行多级柔性分拣可以提高苹果质量,收获口碑,提高区域知名度,以点带面,带动地方经济发展,推动乡村振兴;(2)目前试验中所采用的水果均为无外部机械损伤和缺陷、无病害的苹果、梨等薄皮水果,针对内部有损害或表面有破损的苹果或其他类型水果的糖度检测模型还需要进一步研究。
[Objective]In order to solve the problems of traditional fruit sugar content detection devices such as large volume,expensive cost,difficulty in promotion,and the need to destroy samples during the detection process.[Method]The research group designed a system for non-destructive sugar detection of apples based on Android phones and combined with flexible sorting technology for multi-level apple sorting.The innovation and software and hardware design of the system were analyzed,and 80 Red Fuji apples without external mechanical damage and defects were selected for system debugging and experiments.Each apple was photographed 4 times using a mobile phone,and spectral information was converted into digital signals in the mobile App.Then conduct model analysis and processing,and finally display the measured sugar content values on the mobile App.[Result]After multiple measurements,the detection error of the system is between 0.64%and 8.37%,with high accuracy and can fit the model well.[Conclusion](1)The system can effectively achieve non-destructive detection of apple sugar content,and multi-level flexible sorting of apples through sugar content and size indicators can improve apple quality,gain reputation,enhance regional awareness,and drive local economic development and rural revitalization from point to area.(2)At present,the fruits used in the experiment are thin skinned fruits such as apples and pears that have no external mechanical damage or defects,and have no diseases.Further research is needed on sugar detection models for apples or other types of fruits with internal or surface damage.
