摘要
目的:分析苏州市相城区胃癌发病和死亡特征,为相城区开展胃癌防控工作提供有效的科学依据。方法:收集2006—2020年相城区胃癌发病和死亡的数据,计算粗发病率/粗死亡率、标化发病率/标化死亡率、年度变化百分比等指标。结果:2006—2020年,苏州市相城区胃癌新发病例为4 751例、死亡3 151例,粗发病率和粗死亡率分别为80.20/10万和53.19/10万,标化发病率和标化死亡率分别为42.19/10万和26.55/10万。2006—2020年,相城区胃癌粗发病率、粗死亡率、标化发病率和标化死亡率整体呈现下降趋势;胃癌平均发病年龄由64.26岁上升至70.22岁,总体呈上升趋势。结论:相城区胃癌发病和死亡呈下降趋势,但仍高于江苏省和全国水平,应继续采取有效措施,切实做好胃癌防控工作。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the incidence and mortality of stomach cancer from 2006 to 2020 in Xiangcheng district of Suzhou,and to provide scientific evidence for stomach cancer prevention and control.METHODS The data about incidence and mor⁃tality of stomach cancer were collected to calculate the crude rate and the Chinese standard rate of incidence/mortality,and the annual percentage change(APC).RESULTS From 2006 to 2020,there were 4751 new cases and 3151 deaths of stomach cancer in Xiangcheng district of Suzhou.The crude incidence and mortality of stomach cancer were 80.20/105 and 53.19/105,respectively.The ASR China were 42.19/105 for incidence and 26.55/105 for mortality.During these 15 years,the crude incidenceand mortalityof stomach cancer showed a downward trend,in accordance with the trend of standardized rate.From 2006 to 2020,the average onset age of stomach cancer increased from 64.26 to 70.22,which showed an upward trend.CONCLUSION The incidence and mortality of stomach cancer in Xiangcheng district of Suzhou show a decreasing trend,but it is still higher than that of Jiangsu province and the national levels.Effective measures should be implemented to do well for stomach cancer prevention and control.
