摘要
在都市工业的概念和分类体系的基础上采用热点分析、核密度分析对沈阳市中心城区都市型工业的空间布局进行分析,运用OLS模型和GWR模型分析沈阳市中心城区11514家都市型工业企业集聚的驱动因素。研究结果表明:(1)在空间上呈现“双核”与“中心—外围”的布局模式。(2)分行业来看,食品制造业、文教工美体育娱乐用品制造业等布局更集中,具有明显的消费指向性;印刷和记录媒介复制业,医药制造业分布较分散;家具制造业、计算机、通讯和其他电子设备制造业呈现点状集聚,块状分散的空间特征。(3)集聚经济是最大正向驱动因素,而距离新城新市镇距离为最大负向驱动因素,其他因素均有不同程度的影响。
Based on the concept and classification system of urban industry,hot spot analysis and kernel density analysis were used to analyze the spatial distribution of urban industry in downtown Shenyang.OLS model and GWR model were used to analyze the influencing factors of the agglomeration of 11514 urban industrial enterprises in downtown Shenyang.The results show that:(1)The layout patterned of“dual core”and“center-periphery”were presented in space.(2)By industry,food manufacturing,culture,education,beauty,sports and entertainment products manufacturing were more concentrated with obvious consumption-oriented;Printing and recording media reproduction industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry distribution was more scattered;The manufacturing of furniture,computer,communication and other electronic equipment presented the spatial characteristics of point-like agglomeration and block-like dispersion.(3)Agglomeration economy is the biggest positive driving factor,while the distance from new towns and cities is the biggest negative driving factor.Other factors have different degrees of influence.Finally,based on the research content,suggestions are put forward for the development of urban industry in Shenyang.
