摘要
围绕某火箭发射装置提升锁紧系统在下降驱动时的抖动问题,以发射装置提升锁紧回路为研究对象,分析了节流锁紧回路的原理,通过AMESim软件搭建了回路仿真模型,开展了问题复现与技术分析,确定了在液压锁、节流阀与液压缸组合应用工况下,造成液压缸负向负载驱动时抖动的技术原因,提出了增加背压阻尼的改进技术方案,并通过对不同背压下的驱动特性进行仿真验证,摸清了背压值对驱动稳定性的影响规律,将改进回路方案及合适的背压参数进行了试验验证,解决了抖动问题,满足技术要求。为后续节流锁紧回路在负向负载驱动方案设计、仿真分析和参数匹配中提供了有价值的技术参考。
Focusing on the jitter problem of the rocket launcher lifting and locking system during the descending drive,the lifting and locking circuit of the launcher is taken as the research object,and the principle of the throttling hydraulic locking circuit is analyzed.The circuit simulation model is built by AMESim,the problem recurrence and technical analysis are realized.the reason of hydraulic cylinder jitter under negative load is found.when the hydraulic lock,throttle valve and hydraulic cylinder are combined,the improved technical scheme based on back pressure damping is proposed.By simulating and verifying the driving characteristics under different back pressure parameters,the influence of back pressure value on driving stability is proved.The test proves that the improved circuit scheme and the appropriate back pressure parameters are effective,which solves the jitter problem and meets the technical requirements.This study provides a valuable technical reference for the subsequent throttling and locking circuit in the design,simulation analysis and parameter matching of negative load drive scheme.
