摘要
目的:探究益气通络方联合达格列净对早期糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激和炎症反应的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将玉林市中医医院2021-03-2021-12收治的90例早期糖尿病肾病患者分为达格列净组、益气通络方组,各45例,达格列净组使用达格列净治疗,益气通络方组使用益气通络方联合达格列净治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证候评分、血糖、肾功能、氧化应激指标、炎症反应指标水平变化及疗效差异。结果:治疗后,益气通络方组中医证候评分、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于达格列净组(P<0.05)。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于达格列净组(P<0.05)。益气通络方组治疗有效率高于达格列净组(P<0.05)。结论:益气通络方联合达格列净能够减轻早期糖尿病肾病患者中医证候严重程度,改善肾功能及血糖水平,减轻氧化应激反应和炎症反应严重程度,治疗效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Tongluo decoction combined with dapagliflozin on oxidative stress and inflammation in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 90 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from March 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into dapagliflozin group and Yiqi Tongluo formula group,with 45 cases in each group.Dapagliflozin group was treatedwith dapagliflozin,and Yiqi Tongluo formula group was treated with Yiqi Tongluo formula combined with dapagliflozin.The traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of the two groups were compared,and the levels of blood glucose,renal function,oxidative stress index and inflammatory response index of the two groups were detected.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCr),total antioxidant capacity(TAOC),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)in the Yiqi Tongluo Formula group were evaluated-α(TNF-α)、The level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)was lower than that of the dapagliflozin group(P<0.05).The level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that of dapagliflozin group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effective rate of Yiqi Tongluo formulagroup was higher than that of dapagliflozin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Tongluo decoction combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy can reduce the severity of TCM syndrome, improve renal function and blood glucose level, reduce the severity of oxidative stress reaction and inflammation reaction, and the treatment effect is significant.
