摘要
本研究通过之前数据库国内外突发的多起公共卫生事件的处理意见进行分析研究,发现问题并及时更改,取长补短,充分利用其优势来改善不足之处。可以充分让医务人员认识到应急管理的能力与国家社会发展的全局和人民群众安全的重要关系,卫生应急管理预案是突发公共卫生事件的基础,应急预案的编制,可以有效地对未发生的突发事件起到基本的应急指导作用。应急管理处置工作能力的进步提高,可以最大限度地预防或减少突发公共卫生事件造成的损失,进一步提高对人民群众的服务质量,有效地减少突发公共卫生事件对人民群众的直接或间接危害,保障人民群众的生命财产安全,维护国家安全以及正常的社会秩序稳定,促进国家全面协调发展,有着重大的现实意义。
In this study,through the previous database of a number of sudden public health events at home and abroad for analysis and research,found problems and timely change,learn from each other,make full use of its advantages to improve the shortcomings.Medical personnel can fully realize that emergency management occupies a very important position in public health emergencies.Strengthening emergency management can standardize the emergency handling of public health emergencies,minimize losses,further improve the quality of service to the people,effectively reduce the harm of public health emergencies to the people,and protect the life,health and safety of the people.Maintain normal social order and stability.
