摘要
目的探讨电针联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的效果及对患者神经递质水平、炎症反应的影响。方法选取成都市第一人民医院2020-07—2022-07收治的87例偏头痛患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=44)及对照组(n=43),对照组予以尼莫地平治疗,观察组在此基础上予以电针治疗。比较2组疗效、治疗前后头痛情况、神经递质[P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)]、炎症反应[白细胞介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及IL-6]及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为93.18%(41/44),高于对照组的76.75%(33/43)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后发作次数、VAS评分及持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SP、CGRP低于对照组,5-HT高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-1β、TNF-α及IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针联合尼莫地平对偏头痛的治疗效果确切,能改善患者头痛情况,机制可能与调节神经递质水平、缓解炎症反应有关,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with nimodipine on migraine and its influences on levels of neurotransmitters and inflammatory response.Methods A total of 87 pa⁃tients with migraine admitted to Chengdu First People’s Hospital were enrolled as the research objects between Ju⁃ly 2020 and July 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=43).The control group was treated with nimodipine,while observation group was addi⁃tionally treated with electroacupuncture.The curative effect,headache,neurotransmitters[substance P(SP),calcito⁃nin gene-related peptide(CGRP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)],inflammatory response[interleukin(IL)-1β,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,IL-6]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treat⁃ment.Results The total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group[93.18%(41/44)vs(76.75%(33/43),P<0.05].After treatment,attacks frequency,VAS score and duration in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SP and CGRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,while 5-HT was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of elec⁃troacupuncture combined with nimodipine is significant on migraine,which can relieve headache of patients.The mechanism may be related to regulating neurotransmitters and alleviating inflammatory response,and there is high safety.
