摘要
城市高质量发展阶段,老旧小区更新改造将是城市更新的重要组成部分。消防安全因涉及到人身安全,是改造中尤为关键的内容。探索老旧小区如何突破现有制度、建设条件的局限,形成适应性消防改造路径,是本文研究的目的。通过对“中国知网”2002-2021期间的论文进行检索,从老旧小区消防改造的机制、方法与技术层面对既有研究进行分析,提出未来的研究趋势建议。研究指出:在改造机制方面,应重视社会力量参与的长效机制研究,鼓励社会资本参与消防改造;在改造方法方面,应增强类型化改造的模式研究,完善针对不同类型老旧小区的改造模式研究;在改造技术方面,应重视与数字技术结合的安全研判技术,增强火灾风险研判能力、提高应急响应能力。
In the stage of high-quality urban development,the renewal and renovation of old neighborhoods will be an important part of urban renewal.Fire safety is a particularly critical component of the renovation as it relates to personal safety.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to break through the limitations of the existing system and construction conditions in old neighborhoods and to form an adaptive fire protection renovation path.By searching the papers in China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)from 2002 to 2021,the existing research on the mechanism,method and technical aspects of fire protection renovation in old neighborhoods are analyzed and suggestions on future research trends are put forward.The study points out that:in terms of renovation mechanism,attention should be paid to the study of long-term mechanism of social force participation,and social capital should be encouraged to participate in fire protection transformation;in terms of renovation methods,research on the model of typological renovation should be enhanced,and research on renovation models for different types of old neighborhoods should be improved;in terms of renovation technology,emphasis should be placed on safety research technology combined with digital technology to enhance fire risk research capability and improve emergency response capability.
