摘要
目的 对比糖尿病足X线与CT影像表现并探讨其临床应用价值。方法 选择2021年1月—2022年11月东营市中医院收治的51例疑似糖尿病足患者进行研究,所有患者均进行多排螺旋CT检测和X线检测,以数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)检查为金标准,观察不同检测方式的诊断符合率、特异性、灵敏度;分析漏诊率、误诊率;分析比对阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果 CT的灵敏度、特异性、诊断符合率高于X线,漏诊、误诊率低于X线,CT诊断阳性预测值、阴性预测值高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将X线与CT检查应用于糖尿病足患者的临床诊断中,均可以发挥出良好的诊断作用,CT检查比X线检查的检出率更高。
Objective To compare the image perforence of X-ray and CT and investigate their clinical application value in diabetic foot.Methods 51 patients with suspected diabetes foot who were admitted to Dongying Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected for study.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT and X-ay.Taking digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate,specificity,sensitivity of different detection methods for patients were observed.The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were analysed.Positive predictive value and negative predictive value were analysed and compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of CT are higher than those of X-ay,the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate in the CT was lower than those of X-ay,the positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT diagnosis were higher than those of X-ay,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both X-ray and CT examination can play a good diagnostic role in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic foot patients.CT examination has a higher detection rate than X-ray examination.
