摘要
近年来,我国经济快速发展的过程中,工程项目的规模不断扩大,数量逐渐增加,EPC总承包模式在工程项目建设中受到广泛应用,能够通过多元化投资主体解决工程项目建设的资金短缺问题。但是EPC总承包工程项目的造价控制难度高,合理进行项目造价控制势在必行。基于此,文章分析EPC总承包模式的特点和优势,阐述施工全过程的工程造价控制方法和要点,提出造价控制的基础保障措施,旨在有效增强EPC总承包工程造价管理效果。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of engineering projects has been expanding and the number has gradually increased.The EPC general contracting mode has been widely used in engineering project construction,which can solve the shortage of funds for engineering project construction through diversified investment entities.However,the cost control of EPC general contracting project is difficult,and it is imperative to control the project cost reasonably.Based on this,this paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of EPC general contracting mode,expounds the project cost control methods and key points of the whole construction process,and puts forward the basic guarantee measures of cost control,aiming at effectively enhancing the cost management effect of EPC general contracting project.
