摘要
文章分别从施工安全、施工质量等方面分析承插式盘扣钢管模架体系在上盖式水池结构实施的可行性,同时通过分析某污水处理厂提标改造工程中上盖式水池结构高支模应用案例,对其施工的重难点及关键节点的技术措施进行说明,并就实际施工过程中遇到的问题及解决措施进行阐述,最后总结项目实施取得的成效,技术应用实践经验可以为今后类似工程中的高大支模工程实施提供参考。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of the implementation of the disk-lock steel tubular formwork support system in the upper cover water tank structure from the aspects of construction safety and quality.At the same time,by analyzing the application case of the high-supported formwork for the upper cover water tank structure in the upgrading and reconstruction project of a sewage treatment plant,the key and difficult points of the construction and the technical measures of the key nodes are explained,and the problems encountered in the actual construction process and the solutions are expounded.Finally,the results of the project implementation are summarized.The practical experience of technology application can provide reference for the implementation of high and large formwork support engineering in similar projects in the future.
