摘要
针对隧道掘进沉降与偏移量较大的问题,为有效提高地铁区间隧道施工质量,文章设计了一种盾构法掘进施工技术,即在掘进施工之前,结合盾构机适应性需求,加固盾构端头。同时,安装地铁区间隧道掘进管片,并划分出地铁区间隧道掘进区域,随后进行特殊地段的掘进施工。最终的施工结果表明,使用该技术之后,隧道向弧线外侧偏移量及沉降量较低,可以保证掘进施工的安全性,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of large settlement and deviation in tunnel tunneling,in order to effectively improve the construction quality of subway interval tunnel,this paper designs a shield tunneling construction technology.That is,before the tunneling construction,combined with the adaptability requirements of the shield machine,the shield end is reinforced.At the same time,the subway interval tunnel tunneling segment is installed,and the subway interval tunnel tunneling area is divided,and then the tunneling construction of the special section is carried out.The final construction results show that after using this technology,the deviation and settlement of the tunnel to the outside of the arc are low,which can ensure the safety of the tunneling construction and has high application value.
