摘要
城市化建设过程中,高层、超高层建筑层出不穷,相关的建筑施工技术、施工工艺也在不断进步。相对于木模板、钢模板,铝合金模板有耐久性好、安装方便、回收价值高等优势,受到了超高层建筑商的青睐,开始被广泛应用在超高层建筑工程中。文章从铝模板施工技术的应用优势入手,阐述铝模板施工中的准备、安装、拆除的技术要点,然后结合具体工程案例分析超高层建筑铝模板施工技术的应用,涉及模板设计、铝模板施工及其质保措施,旨在为类似超高层建筑工程施工提供理论参考。
In the process of urbanization construction,highrise and super high-rise buildings emerge endlessly,and the relevant building construction technology and process are also constantly improving.Compared with wood formwork and steel formwork,aluminum alloy formwork has the advantages of good durability,convenient installation and high recycling value,which has been favored by super high-rise contractors and widely used in super high-rise building projects.Starting from the application advantages of aluminum formwork construction technology,this paper expounds the technical points of preparation,installation and demolition in aluminum formwork construction,and then analyzes the application of aluminum formwork construction technology in super high-rise buildings in combination with specific engineering cases,involving formwork design,aluminum formwork construction and quality assurance measures,aiming to provide theoretical reference for similar super high-rise building construction.
