摘要
目的观察Teach-back健康教育结合情绪ABC理论的健康教育方式对消化内镜检查患者心理水平及舒适度的影响,为提升内镜检查护理质量提供方向。方法选择医院2020年3月1日—2021年2月28日进行内镜检查的51例患者为对照组,行内镜检查常规护理;选择医院2021年3月1日—2022年2月28日进行内镜检查的51例患者为观察组,行情绪ABC理论的Teach-back健康教育。比较两组患者护理前后健康知识知晓度和心理状态评分,对比两组患者术中应激反应指标及镜检舒适度。结果健康教育护理干预前,两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者健康教育护理干预后,健康知识知晓度、焦虑、抑郁评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育护理干预后,观察组患者术中肾上腺素、收缩压、舒张压优于对照组,镜检舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情绪ABC理论结合Teach-back健康教育应用于消化内镜检查护理中,能提升患者健康知识知晓度、改善其心理状态,对稳定患者术中应激指标、提高镜检舒适度具有较大作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Teach-back health education combined with emotional ABC theory on the psychological level and comfort level of digestive endoscopy patients,so as to provide direction for improving the quality of nursing care in endoscopic surgery.Methods 51 patients who underwent endoscopy from March 1,2020 to February 28,2021 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing of endoscopy.51 patients who underwent endoscopy in the hospital from March 12021 to February 282022 were selected as the observation group and underwent Teach-back health education based on emotional ABC theory.Health knowledge awareness and mental state scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and intraoperative stress response indexes and microscopic comfort levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before health education and nursing intervention,there was no statistical significance in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After health education and nursing intervention,health knowledge awareness,anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After health education and nursing intervention,the intraoperative epinephrine,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were better than the control group,and the comfort level of microscopic examination was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emotional ABC theory combined with Teach-back health education in the nursing of digestive endoscopy can improve the awareness of patients'health knowledge,improve their psychological state,and played a significant role in stabilizing the intraoperative stress index and improving the comfort level of endoscopic examination.
