摘要
健康管理为西医学理论,实践证明,健康管理模式能够有助于解决当代诸多医疗难题。成书于两千多年前的《黄帝内经》素为诸多中医理论体系的渊薮,蕴含着丰富的健康管理理念:首重养生以防疾,提出“治未病”思想,阐明防胜于治的理念,强调人们维护健康的主动性;总结影响健康危险因素并予以规避,详述诊治方法以见微知著,提前预测以防病调护于先;指出病有轻重缓急之分,医有望闻问切之偏,养生应和于术数,治当各得其宜。暗含整合优化健康医疗资源以提高利用效率的健康管理综合策略等,这些思想不失系统而先进,可充实当前尚未成熟的健康管理理论,并为建设有特色的中医健康管理奠定基础。
Health management is a modern medical theory,practice has proved that the health management model can help solve many contemporary medical problems.Huangdi Neijing,written more than 2000 years ago,has always been the source of many theoretical systems of traditional Chinese Medicine,it also contains rich health management concepts.Huangdi Neijing pays attention to health preservation to prevent diseases,it put forward the idea of preventive treatment of diseases,clarify the idea that prevention is better than cure,and put imphasize people's initiative to maintain health.Huangdi Neijing summarizes the health risk factors and avoid them,it elaborates the diagnosis and treatment methods to know from a small point of view,to predict in advance to prevent disease and give priority to nursing.It points out that there are priorities for diseases,the doctors have a bias towards seeing and hearing,health preservation should be consistent with Shushuo,treatment should be appropriate to various therapies.And the comprehensive health management strategy that implies integrating and optimizing health care resources to improve utilization efficiency,and so on.All of these ideas are systematic and advanced,which can enrich the current immature health management theory,and lay a foundation for the construction of health management of traditional chinese medicine with Chinese characteristics.
