摘要
甲磺酸萘莫司他作为蛋白酶抑制剂,主要应用于急性胰腺炎的治疗。作者综述了近些年甲磺酸萘莫司他合成的方法,并对其药理作用进行了总结,以期为今后研究甲磺酸萘莫司他提供更加全面的依据。
As a protease inhibitor,nafolimus mesylate is used in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.The synthetic methods and pharmacological effects of nafolimus mesylate in recent years are summarized.More comprehensive basis for the study of nafolimus mesylate in the future is provided.
