摘要
采用双膜法超滤+反渗透进行钢铁废水处理并实现中水回用目的。砂滤池调节进水pH,并将水体中SS降低到10 mg/L以下。臭氧氧化池可去除水体中部分有机物并将大分子氧化成小分子,起到减缓膜污染作用。超滤将水体浊度降低到0.3 NTU以下,有效拦截了微生物。单套UF膜产水量130 m^(3)/h,回收率92%左右。超滤反洗方法为加药反洗,降低了化学清洗频次并延长了膜的使用寿命。反渗透进水池通过控制pH和余氯的方式,进一步抑制微生物生长。单套反渗透产水量185 m^(3)/h,回收率达到70%。反渗透产水电导低于80μs/cm,符合用水要求。
Use double membrane ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis technology to process steel wastewater and achieve water reuse purpose.Sand filter could adjust the pH and decrease the SS below 10 mg/L.Ozone oxidation pool could remove part of organic matters and transform large molecular into small molecular by oxidation,mitigating the membrane fouling.UF decrease water turbidity to less than 0.3 NTU,what effectively intercept the microorganisms.Single set o£UF membrane permeate flux is 130 m^(3)/h and the recovery rate is 92%.UF backwashing method is dosing backwashing,reducing the frequency of chemical cleaning and prolongs the service life of the membrane.RO pool controls the pH and residual chlorine,what further inhibits microbial growtk A single set of RO permeate flux is about 185 m^(3)/h,RO recovery rate reaches 60%.RO production conductivity is lower than 100 ps/cm,what conforms to the requirements of the water.
