摘要
目的:分析新疆南山农牧区慢性病患者卫生服务利用情况及其影响因素。方法:2021年7月-2022年2月,采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取新疆南山农牧区1320名慢性病患者进行问卷调查。采用卡方检验、多重响应、二分类logistic回归对数据进行统计分析。结果:南山农牧区慢性病患者卫生服务利用率为28%。首选医疗机构、卫生服务满意度、距离最近医疗机构花费时间、获得健康知识途径等卫生服务利用现状差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学历、居住情况、职业、月收入、医疗费用支付方式和自评健康状况影响南山农牧区慢性病患者卫生服务利用情况。结论:南山农牧区慢性病患者卫生服务利用率低,应结合农牧区所处的区域环境及群体的特殊需求,有针对性地提供疾病预防保健、体检、健康教育与讲座,提高患者的健康意识,维护农牧民身体健康。
Objective:To analyze the status and influencing factors of health service utilization of chronic disease patients in Nanshan agricultural and pastoral areas of Xinjiang.Methods:From July 2021 to February 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1320 patients with chronic diseases in Nanshan agricultural and pastoral areas of Xinjiang by multi-stage stratified random sampling.The data were statistically analyzed through chi-square test,multiple response and dichotomous logistic regression.Results:The utilization rate of health services for chronic disease patients in Nanshan agricultural and pastoral areas was 28%.There were statistically significant differences in the status quo of health service utilization,including the preferred medical institution,satisfaction with health services,time spent by the nearest medical institution,and access to health knowledge(P<0.05).The education,residence,occupation,monthly income,medical expenses payment method and self-rated health status affected the utilization of health services for chronic disease patients in Nanshan agricultural and pastoral areas.Conclusion:The utilization rate of health services for patients with chronic diseases in Nanshan agricultural and pastoral areas is low.It is necessary to provide targeted disease prevention and health care,physical examination,health education and lectures,improve the health awareness of patients and maintain the health of farmers and herdsmen in combination with the regional environment and the special needs of the community in agricultural and pastoral areas.
