摘要
锦州25-1油田在底砾岩段平均机械钻速小于10m/h,钻头磨损严重。针对这一难题,项目组在分析馆陶组底砾岩岩石特性和钻井难点的基础上,以提高作业时效为主要目的,分别从提速工具、PDC钻头、钻井参数等三个方面入手,通过延长PDC钻头使用寿命、增强PDC钻头攻击性及稳定性、最大化破岩功效、提高破岩效率等,形成了以“新型旋冲马达+高强耐磨型钻头”为主的一系列综合提速工具及技术。应用该技术后,锦州25-1油田馆陶组底砾岩不仅实现了一趟钻钻穿,机械钻速也大幅提高250%至25m/h以上,单井节省工期超过12h。锦州25-1油田计划部署20口大位移井,延续应用该技术预计累计将节省钻井费用至少2000万元以上,具有较高的经济效益及推广价值。
The average rate of penetration of basal conglomerate is less than 10m/h with severe bit wear.On the basis of analysis of basal conglomerate,the“new rotary motor+high strength wear type drill”is developed by extending service life of PDC bit,enhancing attack and stability of PDC,improving efficiency of rock breaking,and controlling well trajectory fining.After applying the technique,the rate of penetration of basal conglomerate increases by 250%to 25m/h.It saves more than 13 hours per well.In 20 extended reach wells of Jin Zhou 25-1 oilfield,20 million yuan will be saved.The technique has a high economic benefits and promotion value.
