摘要
氢能具有能量密度高、污染少等特点,其储存与利用对于我国实现“双碳”目标具有重大的意义。层板包扎式压力容器是一种广泛应用于加氢站、制氢站和电厂的储氢装置,具有制造难度低、生产成本低和避免深焊缝对容器产生危害等优势,同时其实际应力分布状态是目前的研究难点。固定式高压储氢容器从结构和制造工艺主要分为绕带式和层板包扎式两类,对于绕带式储氢容器的研究和应用报道较多,而对层板包扎式储氢容器的研究和应用报道很少。为了推广这项技术,依照国内储氢工程现状,兼顾个性与共性问题,从材料、结构、设计方法、制造等方面综述了层板包扎式储氢容器的研究进展。
Hydrogen energy had the characteristics of high energy density and low pollution,and its storage and utilization were of great significance for China to achieve the"double carbon"goal.Laminated wrapped pressure vessel was a hydrogen storage device widely used in hydrogen refueling stations,hydrogen production stations and power plants.It had the advantages of low manufacturing difficulty,low production cost and avoiding the harm of deep weld to the vessel.At the same time,its actual stress distribution was the current research difficulty.Stationary high pressure hydrogen storage vessels could be divided into two categories from the structure and manufacturing process:wound hydrogen storage vessels and laminated hydrogen storage vessels.There were many reports on the research and application of wound hydrogen storage vessels,while there were few reports on the research and application of laminated hydrogen storage vessels.In order to popularize this technology,according to the current situation of domestic hydrogen storage engineering,taking into account the individual and common problems,the research progress of laminated wrapped hydrogen storage containers was summarized from the aspects of material,structure,design method,manufacturing,etc.
