基于北斗的FPSO六自由度监测系统的设计与应用

摘要 FPSO是海上石油开发的关键设施,基于安全生产需求,需对其船体六自由度进行连续准确的监测和预警。文章综合考虑船体特征与防爆、可靠性要求,基于北斗高精度定位技术,设计了一套FPSO六自由度监测系统。目前已开展初步试用,功能的完备性和精度均达到了设计要求,与以往同类系统比较,定位、测姿精度有了显著提高。 FPSO is a key facility for offshore oil development.Based on the requirements of safety production,it is necessary to continuously and accurately monitor and warn the six degrees of freedom of its hull.In this paper,based on Beidou high-precision positioning technology,a set of FPSO six degree of freedom monitoring system is designed,taking into account the characteristics of the ship and the requirements of explosion protection and reliability.At present,the preliminary trial has been carried out,and the completeness and accuracy of the functions have met the design requirements.Compared with the previous similar systems,the positioning and attitude measurement accuracy has been significantly improved.
