摘要
在棉花的生产活动中,避不开可能造成火灾的不安全因素。大量的不安全因素增加了火灾发生的几率和火灾的危险性、复杂性以及火灾的扑救难度,尤其在农村和远离城镇的工厂中,既是处于消防救援的薄弱点,也是宣传的短板,一旦发生火灾,通常会引起较大的经济损失甚至人员伤亡。基于此,文章将通过重点总结棉花常见起火原因和分析日常防火监督检查中存在的问题,提出针对性的解决方法,为相关管理者提供一定的参考和借鉴。
In the cotton production,it is impossible to avoid the unsafe factors that may cause fire.A large number of unsafe factors increase the risk of fire and fire risk,complexity and difficulty of fire fighting,especially in the countryside and away from the town’s factories,is not only the weak spot in the fire rescue,and propaganda,in the event of fire,usually cause great economic losses and casualties.Based on this,this paper summarize the common causes of cotton fire and analyze the problems existing in the daily fire supervision and inspection,and put forward targeted solutions,hoping to provide reference for the relevant managers.
