摘要
习近平总书记在二十大报告中首次提出“中国式现代化”,要求“动员全体中华儿女围绕实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦一起来想、一起来干”,这是对民族工作和侨务工作的重要指引。广大侨胞是中国革命、建设和改革开放的重要力量,是中国现代化建设的参与者和贡献者,民族共同体意识是推动他们积极参与中国式现代化建设的根基和条件。而中国式现代化建设反过来增强了海外侨胞的中华民族共同体意识。弄清海外侨胞参与与中国式现代化建设的历史逻辑,对于理解、落实二十大报告中提出的“形成共同致力民族复兴的强大力量”这一要求,具有重要的政策意义。
President Xi Jinping put forward the"Chinese path to modernization"for the first time in his report to the 20^(th)National Congress of the Communist Party of China,calling on"all the sons and daughters of the Chinese nation to dedicate themselves heart and soul to realizing the great Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation",which is an important guideline for the work on ethnic and overseas Chinese affairs.Overseas Chinese are an important force in China's revolution,construction,reform and opening up,as well as participants and contributors in China's modernization drive.The sense of ethnic community with China is the foundation and condition for them to actively participate in the construction of Chinese-style modernization.At the same time,the Chinese path to modernization has in turn enhanced the awareness of Chinese community among overseas Chinese.Clarifying the historical logic of overseas Chinese participating in the Chinese-style modernization drive is of great policy significance for understanding and implementing the requirement of"forming a powerful force jointly committed to the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation"put forward in the Report to the 20^(th)National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
