摘要
目的按疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)支付背景下,聚焦住院医疗服务,侧重绩效,注重结果导向,对山东省55家三级综合医院的住院医疗服务进行综合评价。方法利用AHP层次分析法构建“三级综合医院住院医疗服务评价指标体系”,评价体系包括3个一级指标、7个二级指标,一致性检验结果有统计学意义(P<0.05);借助RSR秩和比法对其进行综合评价。结果55家医院共划分为好、较好、中等、较差、差5个档次,各档次分别有2家、14家、24家、14家、1家医院。结论评价结果能够科学评估医院医疗服务与管理情况,为医疗服务管理提供决策参考。
Objective Focusing on inpatient medical services in the context of DRG payment,focusing on performance and results orientation,the comprehensive evaluation of inpatient medical services of 55 tertiary general hospitals in Shandong Province was conducted.Methods AHP hierarchical analysis was used to construct the“evaluation index system of inpatient medical service of tertiary general hospitals”,which includes 3 primary indicators and 7secondary indicators,and the consistency test results are statistically significant,the RSR rank sum ratio method was used to make a comprehensive evaluation.Results The 55 hospitals were divided into five grades:good,better,medium,poor,and poor,with 2,14,24,14,and 1 hospital in each grade,respectively.Conclusion The evaluation results can scientifically assess the medical services and management of hospitals,provide reference for hospital management,and provide decision-making reference for health care committees.
