摘要
互联网技术的快速发展,加快了纸质档案管理向电子档案管理的转型,即利用计算机等电子设备处理各类形式的信息,包括传输、查询、存储等。电子文件与纸质文件一样,同样发挥着现实效用,尤其是归档后的电子文件,具有凭证、查考和保存的价值。因此,电子文件是形成单位的重要资产和单位发展历程中不可或缺的信息资源,故而需要对这些电子文件进行妥善管理,以提高电子文件的利用效率。
The rapid development of Internet technology has accelerated the transformation of paper archives management to electronic archives management,that is,the computers and other electronic devices are used to process various forms of information,including transmission,query,and storage.Electronic documents,like paper documents,also play a practical role,especially electronic documents after archiving have the value of evidence,inspection and preservation.Therefore,electronic documents are important assets for the formation of units and indispensable information resources in the development process of the unit,so it is necessary to properly manage these electronic documents,so as to improve the use efficiency of electronic documents.
