鄂尔多斯市沿黄灌区适宜水稻品种筛选研究 被引量:1

Study on Suitable Rice Varieties Screening in the Yellow River Pumping Irrigation Region of Erdos

摘要 在鄂尔多斯市达拉特旗布置田间大区试验,比较9个水稻品种产量和品质差异(8个引进品种、1个对照品种松粳16),为筛选适宜本地区种植的优良品种提供参考。结果表明:各参试品种中以蒙松138产量最高,比对照增产7.0%,其他引进品种产量均低于对照,其中兴粳7号减产幅度相对较小,为8.5%。蒙松138整精米率偏低,同时垩白粒率、垩白度及直链淀粉含量等指标偏高,属于高产不优质的品种。兴粳7号出糙率、整精米率在供试品种中排名前二,垩白粒率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量在供试品种中最低,为优质品种。综合产量和品质结果,同时考虑到本地区水稻主要以直接加工销售大米为主,对品质要求严格,优先推荐品质更佳同时产量也有保证的兴粳7号,但在该品种应用过程中建议进行种植技术优化,以确保产量水平能进一步提高。 In order to screen suitable rice varieties for Yellow River pumping irrigation region of Erdos,the yield and quality of nine rice varieties including eight introduced varieties and one control variety(Songjing 16)were comparatively studied in Dalad Banner using the method of wide field trial.The results showed that among the tested varieties,Mengsong 138 had the highest actual yield,which increased by 7.7% compared with the control.The yields of other introduced varieties were lower than the control,but Xingjing7 had a relatively small actual yield reduction of 8.5% compared with the control.The quality results differed from the yield results.The whole rice rate of Mengsong 138 was lower,while its chalkiness rate,chalkiness degree and amylose content were higher,compared with the other tested varieties.It meant that Mengsong 138 was a high-yield but poor-quality variety.In contrast,Xingjing7 had higher brown rice rate and whole rice rate,it also had lower chalkiness rate,chalkiness degree and amylose content,compared with other tested varieties,which indicated that it was a relatively high quality variety.All in all,Xingjing7,as the most balance variety conbined high yield with high quality in all tested varieties,can be recommended in actual farming in the Yellow River pumping irrigation region of Erdos.However,it was suggested to optimize the planting technology during the application of this variety to ensure its yield level can be further improved.
