摘要
通过混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度试验,研究不同掺量的玻璃粉(5%、10%、15%、20%)替代水泥及复掺不同掺量的剑麻纤维(0、1.5 kg/m^(3)、3.0 kg/m^(3)、4.5 kg/m^(3))对混凝土力学性能的影响,分析得出最佳的玻璃粉和剑麻纤维掺量。试验结果表明:玻璃粉和剑麻纤维协同使用对混凝土的抗压强度影响较小,当玻璃粉的掺量为10%~15%,剑麻纤维的掺量为1.5 kg/m^(3)时可以显著提高混凝土的抗折强度及劈裂抗拉强度,掺入玻璃粉在一定程度上可降低混凝土的力学性能,而掺入适量的剑麻纤维则可以改善玻璃粉混凝土的力学性能。
Through the tests of compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete,the effects of the replacement of cement with different dosage of glass powder(5%,10%,15%,20%)and the addition of sisal fiber with different amount(0,1.5 kg/m^(3),3.0 kg/m^(3),4.5 kg/m^(3))on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied,and the optimum dosage of glass powder and sisal fiber was obtained.The test results show that the synergistic use of glass powder and sisal fiber has little effect on the compressive strength of concrete;When the content of glass powder is 10%~15%,the content of sisal fiber is 1.5 kg/m^(3),the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete can be improved significantly;Adding glass powder can reduce the mechanical properties of the concrete to a certain extent,while adding appropriate sisal fiber can improve the mechanical properties of the glass powder concrete.
