摘要
目的:对比分析小儿桡骨小头半脱位应用旋前复位法与常规旋后复位法的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年6月仑苍镇卫生院收治的桡骨小头半脱位患儿50例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组应用常规旋后复位法,观察组应用旋前复位法,比较两组患儿肘关节功能恢复情况、复位成功率及疼痛程度、满意度、脱位再发率。结果:观察组肘关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复位成功率高于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组脱位再发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桡骨小头半脱位患儿选择旋前复位相较于旋后复位疗效更佳,复位成功率更高,疼痛程度、脱位再发率更低。
Objective:To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of pronation reduction and conventional supination reduction for radial head subluxation in children.Methods:Fifty children with radial head subluxation admitted to Nan'an Luncang Town Health Center from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional supination reduction.The observation group received pronation reduction.The functional recovery of elbow joint,the success rate of reduction,the degree of pain,degree of satisfaction and recurrence rate of dislocation were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of functional recovery of the elbow joint in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of dislocation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with supination reduction,pronation reduction is more effective in the treatment of radial head subluxation in children,with a higher success rate of reduction,less pain,and a lower recurrence rate of dislocation.
