基于中、西医病症特点的过敏性紫癜动物模型分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Animal Model of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Based on Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

摘要 目的基于过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein Purpura,HSP)中、西医临床病症特点,分析现有过敏性紫癜的动物模型,探讨现有模型与临床病症的吻合情况。方法通过整理分析过敏性紫癜动物模型的中、西医诊断标准、优缺点、临床症状吻合情况,提出建立复合性病症结合的过敏性紫癜动物模型的设想。结果卵清蛋白法复合血热症动物模型、麦胶蛋白联合印度墨水复合血热法动物模型、BSA+LPS+CCl_(4)复合瘀热法动物模型为与过敏性紫癜吻合度较高的动物模型。目前现有的过敏性紫癜动物模型制备技术尚未完全成熟,且多以西医发病机制为主,中医学证候体现较差。结论提议利用现有的过敏性紫癜动物模型与临床病证相结合,建立复合动物模型,并建立合理的模型评价体系,为研究过敏性紫癜不同目的选择合适的动物模型。 Objective To analyze existing animal models of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)based on the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicin(TCM) and western medicine,and to discuss the coincidence between the existing models and clinical symptoms of HSP.Methods By analyzing and summarizing the diagnostic criteria,advantages and disadvantages of TCM and western medicine and the anastomosis of clinical symptoms for HSP animal model, we proposed the idea of establishing HSP animal model combined with complex diseases.Results The animal model of ovalbumin method combined with blood-fever syndrome,the animal model of gliadin combined with India ink and blood-fever method,and the animal model of BSA+LPS+CCl_(4)combined with blood-stasis heat reflect high anastomosis between the animal models and the clinical symptoms of HSP. Currently, the preparation technology of the existing HSP animal models was not fully mature, and most model reflects the pathogenesis of western medicine,but poorly represented by TCM syndrome.Conclusion It is suggested to combine the existing animal model of HSP with the clinical syndrome to establish a complex animal model, as well as to stablish a reasonable model system for evaluation and to select suitable animal models for different purposes of studying HSP.
