低温-次氯酸钠对污泥减量化及可生化性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以市政污泥为研究对象,探究了低温耦合次氯酸钠对污泥的破解效果,以及后续减量化及可生化性的影响。在反应温度为80℃、NaClO投加量为166.7 mg/g、反应时间为60 min的实验条件下,破解液中SCOD可以达到13210 mg/L,COD破解率达到42.54%。破解液中的多糖及蛋白质质量浓度可达到587.3、376.8 mg/L,说明该方法可有效破解污泥,药剂投加成本仅为0.029元/g。污泥SS去除率达到30.71%,可有效减少污泥预处理成本,实现污泥减量化,并缩减污泥后续处置成本。经加热处理后液相中的余氯在1.0 h内可降至0.37 mg/L,破解液的碳氮比由10.04提高到28.97,但BOD5/SCOD仅为0.282。结合反应过程中TCOD和蛋白质的变化,以及三维荧光光谱表征,推测可能是ClO^(-)与部分易降解有机物发生矿化反应,导致破解液的可生化性有所降低。研究结果表明该方法对污泥减量化效果显著,药剂投加成本低,可生化性可接受,可为污泥的减量化及资源化利用提供一定参考。 Using municipal sludge as the research object,the effect of low temperature coupled sodium hypochlorite on sludge cracking and the impact on reduction and biodegradability were investigated.Under the experimental condi⁃tions of reaction temperature of 80℃,NaClO dosage of 166.7 mg/g and reaction time of 60 min,SCOD in the crack⁃ing solution could reach 13210 mg/L,and the COD cracking rate reached 42.54%.The mass concentrations of poly⁃saccharide and protein in the cracking solution could reach 587.3 mg/L and 376.8 mg/L,indicating that the method could effectively crack the sludge,and the cost of reagent was only 0.029 Yuan/g.The SS removal rate of sludge reached 30.71%,which can effectively reduce the cost of sludge pretreatment,realize sludge reduction,and reduce the cost of sludge disposal.The residual chlorine in the liquid decreased to 0.37 mg/L in 1.0 h after heating treatment,and the carbon to nitrogen ratio of cracked solution increased from 10.04 to 28.97,but the BOD5/SCOD was only 0.282.Combined with the changes of TCOD and protein during the reaction,and the three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy characterization,it was speculated that the mineralization reaction of ClO^(-)with some easily degradable organic matter might have led to the reduction of biodegradability of cracked solution.The results showed that the method is effective for sludge reduction,with low cost of reagent and acceptable biodegradability,which can provide some reference for sludge reduction and resource utilization.
