摘要
目的:探究分析基于J2EE云平台大数据下患者管理系统的构建及其在淋巴瘤外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者中的应用。方法:构建基于J2EE云平台大数据下患者管理系统,系统采用模型-视图-控制器(MVC))模式和struts2+spring+hibernate框架结构,应用Oracle数据库软件强化数据处理速度。系统分层设计包括用户层、表现层、应用层、业务逻辑层及资源管理层。功能模块包括用户管理、患者信息管理、健康数据管理、家庭成员、健康知识宣教平台等。结果:通过对淋巴瘤PICC患者使用患者管理系统与常规管理的自我管理能力、并发症发生率及满意度进行分析对比,显示使用本系统的患者自我管理能力量表中日常导管观察、维护依从性、导管管理信心、异常情况处理、信息获取、带管运动、带管日常生活及PICC患者管理总分均较高,PICC患者相关并发症发生率较低,患者满意度较高。对比不同管理方法下PICC医护人员核心工作能力,显示采用患者管理系统管理的PICC医护人员理论知识水平、维护操作技能、相关能力自我评价及相关能力他评评分均较高。结论:在淋巴瘤PICC患者的管理工作中构建并使用基于J2EE云平台大数据下患者管理系统,可提高患者自我管理能力及满意度,同时降低患者在PICC置管期间的并发症发生风险,医护人员的核心工作能力明显提升。
Objective:To explore and analyze the construction of a management system of patients based on big data under J2EE cloud platform and the application of that in patients with lymphoma who underwent peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)catheterization.Methods:The management system of patients based on big data under J2EE cloud platform was constructed.This system adopted model-viewpoint-controller(MVC)mode and struts2+spring+hibernate frame structure,and applied Oracle database software,and intensified the processing speed of data.The hierarchical design of system included user layer,presentation layer,application layer,business logic layer and resource management layer.The functional modules of the system included user management,patient information management,health data management,family members,propaganda and education platform of health knowledge,etc.Results:The compared results of self-management ability,the incidence of complication and satisfaction of patients with lymphoma who underwent PICC catheterization between using this system and using routine management indicated that the total score of the observation of routine catheter,the compliance of maintenance,the confidence of managing catheter,the process of abnormal situation,the information acquisition,the movement with catheter,the routine life with catheter and PICC management in the self-management ability scale of patients who using this system was higher,and the incidence of related complication of PICC catheterization was lower,and the satisfaction of patients was higher.The compared results of core working capability of paramedics who used PICC under different management methods indicated that the levels of theoretical knowledge,the skills of maintenance and operation,the self-evaluations of related abilities,and the scores of related abilities were evaluated by others of paramedics who conducted PICC catheterization by using this system management were higher.Conclusion:The construction and application of management system of patients based big data under J2EE cloud platform in the management of patients with lymphoma who undergo PICC catheterization can not only improve the self-management ability and satisfaction of patients,but also reduce the risk of occurring complication of patients during the period of PICC catheterization.The core working capability of paramedics who conduct PICC catheterization also is obviously improved.
